Facebook is pure distraction right now!
Yes, that! Facebook is pure distraction right now!
The Obvious
I am just stating the obvious. I have a lot of things in my mind right now. But, despite that, there is that desperate attempt from me to still organize my thoughts and not get caught up in it.
Oh, 'Empire State of Mind' by Jay-Z feat. Alicia Keys be cool, and also 'United State of Pop 2009 (Blame it on the pop)' by DJ Earworm too!
This is just so random. I'm not gonna stop talking (and in this case, writing, blogging) 'til I find answers, 'til I see progress, 'til I see good... And I hope to see good.
"Hello. How May I Help You?"
I care for you, and I want to help you. Somehow, I don't want to be just one clip of the film of your life. I might just be somebody insignificant to you. I can try to force myself into your life, but at the end of the day, if I really am not, I'll be just an intermission.
I want do something, but I just don't know what it is that I can do. I know that I should help myself first too before I can help others such as you, but I feel like I don't need to do that because I can manage on my own. Maybe that's the same situation with you, you can handle your own well without my help.
But, from this view, I can see clearly that you are in need of help... Who will be your help? I pray, then, that you find that solution... It does not need to be me, for what's important is that there is help... I just hope that this one, out of a thousand that I utter, may be heard...

Promises
I just want to remind myself of the following promises that I have made. At least if I get to fulfill even some of them, the realistically attainable ones, I might feel satisfied.
So, here goes the list:
- I'll stop being late in my subjects. To do that, I'll ask for overnights @ my classmate's house.
- I'll outperform myself in my STRAMGT course. I've been slacking off too much, and time to prove and deliver the promises and words that I have been saying. No more thank you's, sorries, and such.
- I'll keep my blog alive.
- I'll soon redesign my blogs and websites.
Beautiful People
The world is full of wonderful people -- wonderful people with different stories to tell; wonderful people with different perspectives and situations in life.
Sometimes, even these people who are beautiful in their own respective ways, because of all the crap in life, cannot see the beauty in them.
I want it be a mission in my life to help people see how they were magnificently created by God.

Trade-Offs...
There will be trade-offs when you choose to put aside your duties and responsibilities. Expect that people may and will get mad at you because you simply are just doing something wrong. But, it is perfectly normal. You'll have to accept and face the fact that you are not doing things right, and that you shouldn't do something wrong to cover up your previous mistakes.
Face the consequences, and most of the time, man is just too merciful and understanding that we don't get what we actually deserve -- punishment. I must stress out that it is very important for us to finally stop adding to the wrongs that we do because we think it is the way out. NO. It will help us save face for only a little while. But, courage, by facing your mistakes and admitting them with humility, you might actually be doing yourself a favor and erase your past record of wrongs.
Alas. Face the trade-offs of your wrong actions so that you can set it right once and for all.

Tired of Making Excuses
I'm tired of making excuses... Cos no matter what reasons I have, the fact will remain that I wasn't able to fulfill my obligations. Period.

Last Day of Voting (Friday, July 9, 2010): Achiever Scholar Program - College Level
Guys, especially to those who wish to support me. Tomorrow yung last day of voting for the Achiever Scholar Program, til 12nn. I do not have any roving cans nor campaign managers, but I believe that your genuine support will be my fuel. I ask them to vote by the heart. Still, salamat sa inyo. Text me to meet me if you want to vote, wala na kasing booth. :)
Please keep the votes coming, cos I think I only garner 1/4 of what my 3 greatest (voting) opponents have. I really need your support dahil 20% din ito. They get thousands of pesos a day while I only gather barely a hundred to two hundred. They have big givers (100, 200, 300, 500, 1000 increments/votes), but I don't think it's the quantity. Just as the Lord looks at the heart and not the outward deeds -- like the Rich Man and the Poor Widow giving their offering, yet the Poor widow gave more in essence. That is my only fallback whenever the votes status bring me down.
Still, thanks to those who believe in me and give good amounts. Even a single vote counts and I appreciate it. But big thanks to those with the conviction to give amounts like 50 or 100 and such.
If you wish to ask me my reason why I joined the Achiever Scholar Program, please do so. I try to keep it to myself and some close friends as much as possible because it is a very personal matter to me. Kaya, this program is a very big thing for me.
God bless us and may His pure will be done. :)
The Reason Why I Joined the Achiever Scholar Program. :)

PS
Those who supported me deserve to know. I thank all of you. Bukas na po ang interview and deliberation. The Lord bless us! :)
Minsan nakakahiya mag-share ng something about you because di mo naman alam how other people will take it, but this was a leap of faith. I think you gusy deserve to know a part of me, since a lot of you supported me.
Salamat sa inyo! :D

My Opinion On Agra's Term (Ampatuan)
Sometimes, we get tangled up in something so big and so chaotic and powerful that we lose control (of our actions) because of the things that are happening. Maybe, just maybe, that's what happened to Agra. He was blatantly used by 'this system' that he had no other choice but to 'go wherever the wind blows'. He can only look forward. He might have been just a chess piece in the whole game. Dunno. It might also be really difficult for us if we were in his situation. He chose to be indifferent so he can escape the system unharmed by the system. Things in the Secretary's seat might be way more complicated than just serving justice then you're okay. Just IMO.

Why Do I Like You?
Right now I am asking myself why I like you. It's just that I want to check if my feelings for you are still reasonable, and that I am not just attracted to you skin deep. So, why do I really like you?
You are simple.
The first time I saw you, I felt intimidated. You, to me, were really beautiful. You dressed wonderfully, you definitely can present yourself well. I thought that I was your stark contrast. However, after a few revelations about your family background; after some short words from your mouth that I got from eavesdropping (yes, I did that out of interest, hehe), I found out that you were actually a very simple person, that you won't look down on people that others might look down to. And, what impresses me most is that, you can do that despite your affluent disposition.
You are sweet.
I see how sweet you are to your siblings (you just don't know how 'observing' I can get whenever I get the chance to be around you-even when you think I am not looking, that is the time that I try the hardest to observe just to get more information about you, hehehe. I just don't want to blow my cover up too early, nor spoil the surprise). I have never been that consistently sweet to my siblings, and I am just awed at how you can do that all the time. I just want myself to be as sweet as that. And, maybe if we get closer, you can share that attribute to me.
You are sunny.
Although I do not know you that well (mainly because I am too shy to get to know you, and I am the type of person that would rather be mysterious, and break everything down in the end to create a big surprise ala 'save the best for last'), I feel comfortable when I'm around you. Yes, I do, even if I just stay silent. Even if I only get to speak a short while with you. Even if I only hear your giggles from my view when you're seated afar. And, it's actually quite funny because amidst that comfort, I feel uneasy when I'm around you--a feeling I can't explain nor describe. I sometimes become really spontaneous, or become too clumsy.
What other reasons do I have to like you? Maybe that's it, or maybe there's still more hiding from my sight. Maybe you are just a code to decipher like that of a grand jigsaw puzzle that once I finish, I'll appreciate my efforts the most.
:)

Me Pissed Off sa mga Admin ng LP (Liberal Party) FB (Facebook) Pages + My Note to Noynoy (if he becomes President)
I can't help but generalize that all LP (or Noynoy) related FB Pages' admins are just plain crazy and baseless. Nakakakulo ng dugo! You're just there having good and constructive conversation with open-minded people, and then this administrator, that I cannot ever understand bans me with no definite reason at all (is it their job?
Are they asked by higher close-minded authorities to do this? Or should we blame them authorities for recruiting such close-minded FB Page administrators?) Sinisira nila ang good conversation, ang good exchange of ideas from 2 sides of the coin. Instead of being more open to different ideas (those that don't even go against the Page), they're doing something na sobrang nakaka-piss off.
Parang onti na lang and maniniwala na akong walang freedom of speech dito sa Pilipinas. Nakakaasar. Dahil may mga taong pipigilan kang mag-salita talaga maski tama ka at walang ginagawang masama. Beware of the people who do these things.
Argh. I really hate groups like that.
Sinabi ko lang na I didn't know Risa was fighting for the RH bill, and I was against it. I said my opinion about Risa, pero ended up saying that maski against RH bill ako, I still might support her (which I will do come elections day). Pero, I checked kanina sa FB Wall ko yung Risa Hontiveros FB Page, I can't even leave a comment.
It perfectly reminds me of my Noynoy FB Page experience na pinagtanggol ko lang si Villar sa mud-slinging nila (and sobrang tino ng pagkakatanggol ko, sabi ko lang wag nating gawin sa iba ang ayaw nating gawin sa atin, and as Noynoy's supporters, we should know better because we reflect what kind of Noynoy supporters we are, and hence the name of Noynoy as a candidate).
Anong ginawa nila sa akin after that concerned reply? Binlock, nireplyan with harassing comments. Parang sissy pa nga yung admin cos he was saying na bakit hindi na ako nagrereply, isang oras na daw... malamang, binlock mo ko. Duwag ka? What a demonstration of abuse of power.
Now, back to Risa Hontiveros. Nagtataka lang ako. Pareho silang under LP. WOW men!!!
I've taken screenshots of the original post, and I'm posting a link of that issue. Kaasar lang sobra.
Noynoy, kung manalo ka man, I know you deserve my respect. I used to support you. I just got this feeling that you'll win, but I'll still vote for who I think should best rule our country given the Philippine's situation. Kaasar ang elections, andaming paninira, andaming mud-slinging. Andaming tulungan. May imbalance of power. Pati media nagagamit sa paninira ng tao. May kinkilingan, ika-nga. Nakakaasar na. Pero, back to what I was saying, Noynoy, or Mr. President Aquino (if you become one), I'll respect you.
God bless the Philippines! The elections is quite scary, di mo alam mangyayari! Whew!
